Hi All,
Is there a way to permanently remove or hide the 'Debug console'? If so how would I do that?

Yes; search for framework.js, the second line change true to false, like so:
woas["debug"] = false; // toggle debug mode (and console)

Hello,
I have set:
woas["debug"] = false;
and there is no debug window any more, but there is still text "Debug console" and "Toggle" button on the bottom of the window.

Thank you.
BTW, for some reason the button for toggling was not working for me using;
1) FireFox
2) Chromium
3) Internet Explorer
4) QTWeb
Again thanks,

I am not aware of issues with the toggle button..somebody else had issues?
Does your javascript error console report anything when clicking the toggle button?

The toggle button works for me in Firefox 3.0.14.

I erred by entering an extra line while transcribing. Now I have two lines of information with the same line number and want to remove one of them. How can I do this?

Can you be a bit more specific about how and where you added an extra line? Also, if this isn't about removing the debug console, can you start a new thread with the specifics? Luckily Wiki on a Stick is eminently editable, so extra lines should be relatively easy to take care of. ![]()
