URL problem

When I insert an URL as plein Text (or XHTML with the URL in the descriptive text, too), it is convertet to, eg:
http:/woas.iragan.compost.php?fid=6

Is this really what you want? I think this should not happen. I tried backslashes to escape this, but it didn't work out.

i think it's not a bug. it's the syntax for italic.
